概述

Summary

圈圓機(jī)是生產(chǎn)板材圈圓的專用設(shè)備，為三滾式圈圓機(jī)。其結(jié)構(gòu)合理、調(diào)整方便、生產(chǎn)效率高、操作簡(jiǎn)單，并可在圈圓過(guò)程中圈壓出對(duì)焊接口處兩直邊，為下一個(gè)工序?qū)复蛳铝己玫幕A(chǔ), 材料厚度不超過(guò)4.5mm。

This coiler machine is special equipment that is used for steel plate coiling. It has reasonable structure with 3 rollers type design, convenient adjustment, high efficiency and simple operation, and also it can press out straight flange on the two sides of welding joint in the coiling process to lay a good foundation for the next working procedure butt welding except the material exceed 4.5mm.

該設(shè)備具有打印和壓平的雙重功能。其中打印用于在輪輞板料毛坯上壓出所需要的標(biāo)記，如輪輞的規(guī)格、型號(hào)、生產(chǎn)廠家、生產(chǎn)日期等等，壓平則是為以后焊接。

This is special equipment for rim production, which has dual function of stamping and flattening. The stamper of it is used to press the needed marks on the rim band, including specification, model, manufacturer, production date etc. It flattens weld joint for the following welding operation.

設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介

Equipment Structure Introduction

機(jī)床由自動(dòng)送料機(jī)構(gòu)、打字機(jī)構(gòu)、卷圓機(jī)和壓平機(jī)構(gòu)四部分組成。

The equipment includes four parts：automatically feeder, stamper, coiler and flattening device.

送料臺(tái)由型鋼焊接而成，上置鋁型材送料支架，用于送料自動(dòng)送進(jìn)。

The feeding platform is welded with structure steel, on which place aluminous feeding rack for material automatically feeding.

打印機(jī)由上下兩個(gè)壓印輥組成，打印用的字頭裝在下壓輥，可根據(jù)需要很方便的調(diào)換。當(dāng)送料進(jìn)壓印輥內(nèi)時(shí)，推動(dòng)壓印輥開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，將鋼字逐個(gè)壓印在板料上，并將壓印好的板料送出，隨后壓印輥通過(guò)氣缸自動(dòng)恢復(fù)原位，為了適應(yīng)不同板厚的要求，兩壓印輥的間隙可以手工調(diào)節(jié)。

The stamper is made of upper and lower roller. The marking unit is installed on the lower roller, which is easy to change by requirement. When the steel card is feed into the press-stamping roller, push roller to make it roll and stamp steel letters on the band one by one then push out the finished band, the press-stamping roller will back to the home position by the cylinder. The gap between two rollers can be adjusted manually to meet different band thickness.

技術(shù)特色

該機(jī)的電氣系統(tǒng)由可邏輯控制器PLC、接觸器、變頻器、伺服系統(tǒng)、電機(jī)以及各種檢測(cè)傳感器組成。控制器采用施耐德M218系列，施耐德M218 PLC體積小、速度快、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，具有串口通信能力，功能強(qiáng)，可靠性高。

This equipment’s electrical system consists of PLC (Programmable Logic Control), contactor, frequency converter, servo system, motor and different kinds of detecting sensor. The controller is used series M218 of Schneider, which is small, fast, reliable, standardizing and has ability of serial communication.

Equipment’s Operation Mode

主機(jī)有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)兩種工作方式，通過(guò)扳動(dòng)“自動(dòng)/手動(dòng)”進(jìn)行選擇。

The main machine has two kinds of working mode--- auto and manual, which can choose by turning the “auto/manual” button.

1手動(dòng)模式

Manual Mode

單獨(dú)操作主機(jī)設(shè)備的每一個(gè)動(dòng)作，便于操作人員的產(chǎn)品調(diào)整和設(shè)備維護(hù)。

Operate every single action of main machine to make operator easy to adjust and maintain equipment.

2自動(dòng)模式

Auto Mode

按照固有的程序進(jìn)行自動(dòng)循環(huán)，操作者只需要上料、下料即可。

Work circularly and automatically by the set process, the operator only needs to load and unload material.

聯(lián)動(dòng)/單動(dòng)

single/linkage

主機(jī)和自動(dòng)上料機(jī)構(gòu)有聯(lián)動(dòng)和單動(dòng)兩種工作方式，通過(guò)扳動(dòng)“聯(lián)動(dòng)/單動(dòng)”進(jìn)行選擇。

There are two working mode for main machine and automatically feeding device--- single and linkage, which can be chosen by turning “l(fā)inkage/single” button.

單動(dòng)模式

single mode

在自動(dòng)模式下，只有打印和卷圓機(jī)、壓平機(jī)自動(dòng)循環(huán)，不含上料機(jī)構(gòu)。

Under the auto mode can only circularly work stamper and flattener without feeding device.

聯(lián)動(dòng)模式

linkage mode

在自動(dòng)模式下，在打印和卷圓機(jī)自動(dòng)循環(huán)中增加自動(dòng)上料功能，工人只需將料垛放在送料小車上即可。

Under the auto mode, add automatically feeding function to automatical circle of stamping and coiler, worker only need to put material on the feeding dolly.

按下“語(yǔ)言切換”后顯示如上圖，進(jìn)行中英文切換。

Click “l(fā)anguage” to get into the interface like above picture, where can choose language between Chinese and English.
